During check out, you need to provide a delivery address. Please make sure this is a physical street address as our courier doesn’t deliver to PO boxes.

We are delighted to offer free New Zealand shipping on all orders over $200, and free worldwide delivery on all orders over $400.00NZD.
Once your order is shipped we will email the tracking details so you can follow its progress.
See below for shipping times. Please bear in mind that if your shipment is held up in customs it may take a little longer. We use New Zealand Post, New Zealand's national postal service, for all our shipping.
New Zealand - NZ Post Courier: 1-3 working days
Australia - NZ Post International Economy Courier: 2-3 working days
Rest of World - NZ Post International Economy Courier: 6-7 working days

If for any reason your parcel does not arrive within five working days of the expected delivery date please contact us at and we will follow up on it for you.

International Customs

When we ship to destinations outside New Zealand, your products become yours once we deliver them to the courier.  

This means that any customs charges, taxes or duty that might be levied in your country are your responsibility.  Snug Ltd will not be held responsible for any additional taxes or duties incurred by your country.

We use a 'track and trace', signed-for, courier service because we wish to offer the very best service to our customers. We regret that, having taken the utmost care to ensure that your products reach you safely and securely, we cannot be held responsible if your goods go missing or are not delivered. Your products become yours once we deliver them to the courier. You can trace your products online at the web address included in your confirmation email. In the extremely rare event that your products go missing or are not delivered, please address your enquiries to New Zealand post via their website, including your tracking number with all correspondence.

In addition, when orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may or may not be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. When ordering from, you are considered the “importer of record” and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
